Hi pretties!  I'm sure almost everyone has trouble falling asleep at night!  so here are a few tips about foods that actually help you fall asleep!
Popcorn, dried cherries, turkey, chickpeas, and chamomile tea all help you fall asleep.
WARNING: don't make the popcorn too buttery and salty  without all the extra butter and salt popcorn is actually low in calories and pretty healthy for you!
