Health and Fashion Tips of the Day

Hey guys!  Please leave requests for any video tutorials you want!  I will be extremely happy to do them!  Here are the tips of the day!
Health tip:  Slow down when your eating! No matter how hungry you are, the slower you eat it is less likely that you will over eat!  So spend at least 15 minutes eating any meal.
Fashion Tip: To make a full black out fit or black and white outfit dress it with some bright colorful accessories!
